A little about Stormy

I’ve been giving family and friends massages for as long as I can remember.  Being a massage therapist is just me being myself.  

How and why I became a massage therapist
Coming from a busy family, Stormy was introduced to body work very early in life. A neck or shoulder squeeze here, a foot or back rub there, and one of her favorite memories is giving a good scalp massage after a hot oil treatment at her Aunt’s Salon. After having her first child in 2005, Stormy started to educate herself more about the importance of touch to the body. She’s had 2 more wonderful children making her the proud mother of three. In 2009 life took a turn for Stormy and her family when her brother had 2 brain aneurysms. He has been bedridden since but by the grace of God he is still with us. Stormy wanted to do everything she could to prolong and give her brother the best quality life for as long as he lives. She had already been practicing massage for so many years intuitively and decided to go to school to dedicate herself to becoming a professional massage therapist. Stormy loves being a massage therapist because she is able to use her natural skill of a healing touch, grow endlessly as a professional massage therapist, and be her most authentic self. Stormy says, “Becoming a massage therapist was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I haven’t looked back since.”
Hobbies:  You’ll most likely catch Stormy under the sun with a bag of books and three amazing kids in tow. She likes making jewelry with healing crystals and mixing and matching herbs for tea.
